The objectives of the ESC project are to:
- Provide world-class facilities that support training and research in science and engineering.
- Foster capacity building, support technology incubation, and empower Kenyan institutions to harness innovations for a knowledge-based economy.
- Be a strategic hub linking academia, industry, and government to drive engineering solutions for Kenya and the global community.
- Expand access to affordable, high-quality, world-class training infrastructure and research facilities.
- Increase completion rates of engineering and science Master's and PhD students within prescribed timelines.
