UoN Cancer Teaching and Research Hospital

The University of Nairobi desires to have its Teaching and Research Hospital (UNCTRH) outside Kenyatta National Hospital. In 2020, the University entered into a Collaborative Agreement with Africa Lion Advisory to develop a Phased Teaching, and Research Hospital by establishing a Cancer Diagnostic & Treatment Centre and related facilities (hostels, clinics, labs) at the current UoN Dental School.

It will provide specialized healthcare to the entire East Africa region and support the government in attaining the universal healthcare agenda for the country.
