University of Nairobi Advancement Office has facilitated the signing of a Collaboration Agreement with Africa Lion Advisory which will see the establishment of a Sericulture Centre of Excellence that will provide research and training opportunities to students and faculty.
The proposed Centre of Excellence will host a full Sericulture and Morticulture program that can facilitate training and research as well as commercialization of its products. The Centre will be a leading sericulture institution that can support research and explore all uses of sericulture bi-products, known and unknown.
