The Directorate of University Advancement seeks to reach out to different partners to support the already developed proposal of the establishment of a modernized model Dairy farm at Upper Kabete Campus. The model farm aims at improving research, training, extension and innovation. The projected estimate cost of the project is Kshs 3.8billion.

The University of Nairobi and Elgon Kenya Ltd have entered into a collaborative agreement with the goal of establishing an Agricultural Technology and Innovation Centre (ATIC) at Upper Kabete Campus.

The Directorate of University Advancement and CreateView Edu-Tech Co. Ltd have developed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to work together for the purpose of achieving various aims and objectives relating to operation of smart classrooms, teaching, research, student exchange, faculty exchange, technology transfer, publication, curriculum development, joint projects, training, innovation and other commercial display devices with the university.
