UoN Signs Collaboration Agreement with French Multinational Company OLVEA

French Multinational Olvea Kenya has joined other French multinationals and 2 local Kenyan companies in signing the Tripartite Partnership Agreement (TPA) between the University of Nairobi the two consortiums of French Universities ParisTech and Centrale Supelec.

The purpose of the agreement is to improve standards of Engineering and science training under the Science and Engineering complex (SEC) project –funded by the French Development Agency (ADB) at the University of Nairobi.

French Embassy to Continue Supporting the Engineering & Science Complex Project

A delegation from the French Embassy in Kenya, led by the Head of Cooperation and Cultural Affairs, Mr. Denis SAINTE-MARIE, paid a courtesy call to the Vice Chancellor Prof Stephen Kiama, on Monday, March 27, 2023. Together with him was the French Embassy attaché for Scientific and University Cooperation, Professional Training, Mr. Mathieu GUERIN.

Developments on the Engineering and Science Complex

There is good progress towards the implementation of the University of Nairobi Engineering and Science Complex (ESC). This was revealed by Mr. Bertrand Willocquet, the new AFD Kenya County Director when he paid a courtesy call on the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Stephen Kiama.
